Open My Eyes Foundation::Purpose

1. To foster character development in all citizens by promoting common decency and respect for self and others.

2. To encourage and support programs, curriculum, incentives, and other creative initiatives devoted to this purpose.

3. To award grants/scholarships to individuals/groups who have tangible goals, methodology and implementation for projects that adhere to these goals.
